Kylemore Abbey & Connemara National Park

Kylemore Abbey - A fairytale castle built in 1868 on a picnic spot chosen by a newly-wed couple on their honeymoon. Following the passage of the centuries it has since found it's way into the hands of the Benedictine Sisters, refuges of World War II from their monastery in Ypres, Belgium.

They have maintained it's traditional beauty including the painstaking of a 6 acre Victorian Walled Garden.

Connemara National Park - immediately adjacent to our Farm, comprising 5,000 acres of rugged mountainous terrain to be explored.
